I'm Ivan Rincon. I've spent 20+ years leading digital strategy — SEO, UX, and web projects — for clients ranging from small businesses to major enterprise brands across real estate, golf, hospitality, fashion, and e-commerce.
This coaching program grew out of a simple observation: not every small business needs — or wants — a full agency retainer. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner who knows the landscape.

Ivan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia (UVA).

Ivan began his career in the Washington, D.C. area, holding consulting positions and developing mission-critical systems for both private and public sector organizations, including the USDA, Sprint/Nextel, and T-Mobile.
In 2006, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and digital marketing by founding TheOrchidBoutique, an innovative e-commerce platform that earned three INC 5000 awards as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the United States. This experience cemented his passion for helping brands scale through data-driven digital strategies.

Yes. In-person sessions are available in the Orlando metro area, and Ivan is open to traveling for in-person group sessions outside Orlando — including Tampa. If you're not local to Orlando, virtual sessions work just as well and are available anywhere.

Both. Sessions can be one-on-one if you want coaching built entirely around your business, or group format if you're bringing your team or a handful of business owners together. Group sessions (in-person or virtual) are priced based on group size and goals.
